Hello beauty fanatics, it's been a while since my last post...I've been very busy studying for my final exam at my night school. Anyway the course is finally over and I can enjoy Christmas now!

Today I'll be reviewing the AmorePacific Moisture Bound Skin Energy Mist. If you haven't caught onto this trend yet, this is a facial mist meant for giving your face a boost of hydration throughout the day. You can also use it as part of your skincare routine as well.

It is very popular for women in Korea to spritz facial mists onto their faces during the day especially when they are inside the office all day with the heat or air conditioning that might dry their skin out, and with makeup on, it is almost impossible to apply cream or anything that can re-hydrate the skin. And hence, the facial mist!

AmorePacific is a Korean brand under the same umbrella of Sulwhasoo, Hanyul, etc. I have tried their Enzyme Peel and I loved it so that's why I decided to give their facial mist a try.

The packaging is simple and nice. The bottle is made out of clear plastic. The smell of the mist isth e same as the Enzyme Peel, very nice refreshing scent. However, I think it's a little bit too strong the fragrance. Anyhow it is not a deal breaker for me so for those of you that can't take too much fragrance this may be a problem for you.

The instructions says to hold the spray 6 inches away from face and spritz as needed. i need 4 pumps each time to cover my face. The mist is ultra fine, very impressive. It will not ruin makeup (it says on the box that it can be applied over makeup as well).

My face felt softer and the feeling of my face when i touch it is more plump as well after a few minutes after the mist has dried and absorbed into my skin. At first I thought "no way, this really hydrates?" and after a few more times I tried it with feeling my face first then mist, i'm certain that the mist does give me hydration, made my skin soft and plump!

One thing that I was skeptical about at first was that in the ingredients list, it contains alcohol, as the 2nd ingredient! I ddi not believe it can hydrate skin with alcohol. However, after trying it I did not feel or smell any alcohol at all. This pure botanical mist also is made mainly with bamboo sap, Aqua Sponge Complex, and Red Ginseng Complex.

Overall i would highly recommend this to anyone that want to maintain their hydration level throughout the day especially the ones that work inside an office all day long! I might try other facial mists from other Korean brands after this bottle is finished (although i already want to repurchase this!!) so i can compare different mists. I do think this is in the higher price range for facial mists.

You can buy this mist at Sephora for $42cdn plus tax.

Enjoy!
